(Even though Fran and Robin only knew each other 2 days ago, Frank sent flowers to Robin's office to invite her for a dinner in a luxury restaurant. Let's see what happened to them in the restaurant...)

Robin: Now just what are you up to?
现在你要搞什么名堂？

Frank: It's all part of the surprise.

Robin: Surprise?
惊喜？

Frank: Uh-huh.

Robin: Sure, you're not breaking up with me, are you?
你不是要和我分手吧？

Frank: No.

Robin: Okay. Are you sure? Because 69% of all relationships break up in restaurants.

Frank: We're not breaking up. In fact, I want to increase the romance in our lives.

(1)be up to:1.胜任，适于The interpreter’s English was not really up to the task.翻译的英语水平太差不能适应那份工作.
